Angela Kane is the Vice-President of the International Institute for Peace and the former UN High Representative for Disarmament Affairs. Mona Ali Khalil is the founder and director of MAK LAW International. She previously served in the UN and the IAEA for 22 years - including as a Senior Legal Officer in the UN Office of the Legal Counsel (UNOLC).
