Between March 11th and 13th, 2019 the IIP team traveled to the Western Balkans for a series of initiatives related to the project “Alternative horizons 2030: Young generation for Western Balkans”. We had the chance to organize and participate in a series of public events, workshops and meetings in Prishtina, Skopje and Belgrade.
We conducted a series of short interviews with participants and young experts from the region discussing a series of issues such as the Kosovo-Serbia dialogue and role that young generation is and could play in the future; the role of media and civil society in contributing to development and to the process of integration into the EU. Other topics discussed were the brain drain and massive emigration from the region, which are causes and roots and how could they be tackled? These were some of the issues discussed.
Find below the last three interviews of this series.
